Expected commitment

Full availability during each bootcamp (December 15-19, 2025 and May 2026)
About two hours and thirty minutes per week during online phases, including ninety minutes live
Active participation in duo or trio work and community of practice moments

Selection is based on project impact, motivation, innovation, and potential for scaling.

Applications are reviewing on a rolling basis. You are encouraged to apply as early as possible. The process will close once we reach 25 participants.

Project requirements (all apply)

Your project must:

Have a positive impact on nature and/or biodiversity, in any field: conservation, restoration, sustainable use, risk management, or nature-related financing.
Introduce new ways of working inside your organization — governance, finance, technology, or practices that shift how decisions are made and acted upon.
Have the potential to inspire, replicate, or scale in other contexts (within your group, sector, or geography).
Be embedded in a real organization (ministry, corporate, bank, NGO, or utility) with a clear internal context and decision pathway.

Typical themes include:

Nature-based solutions (NBS): mangrove/wetland restoration, watersheds, urban green corridors, agroforestry, coastal protection, climate adaptation.
Sustainable supply chains & procurement: traceability, deforestation-free sourcing, supplier engagement, risk screening and prioritization, nature-positive criteria.
Finance & budgeting for nature: internal capex/opex alignment, performance-based budgeting, pilots for nature-related finance.
Governance & culture: cross-department taskforces, incentives, training, internal storytelling and change levers.
