In 2025, the program will be launched for the first time in the Caribbean, to address the specific challenges of local businesses in structuring, growing their impact, and scaling up, while promoting employment and investment in the region.

The program is structured around 4 main thematic blocks:

BLOCK 1 – RE-CONTEXTUALIZE
Lay the foundation for an ambitious and localized vision through modules covering mission and impact, market ecosystem and opportunities, and internal diagnostics.

BLOCK 2 – EQUIP TO SUCCEED
Gain concrete tools to transform your business: define a transformation strategy, measure impact and performance, redesign your business model, mobilize human resources, integrate ESG practices, and foster cross-sector collaboration.

BLOCK 3 – CHANGE YOUR PRACTICES
Test new approaches and initiate changes; understand transformational leadership and what it means to be a regenerative enterprise (participants choose one of three modules).

BLOCK 4 – GROW
Prepare your development and funding strategy, learn how to pitch and secure financing for your business.
